Setting up your domain name for use with our dev. / free webspace

These instructions are for use with the 'Box77 Direct' securepaynet.net/secureserver.net interface (accessible via box77direct.com) although you will be changing the A Record, no matter which registrar you are using

Log in to your account

Click on 'Manage Domains'

Click on your domain name eg: 'XXXXXX.COM'

Click on 'Total DNS Control and MX Records'

In the record marked 'A (Host)' click the edit icon -

• Host Name : @
• Points To Ip Address: CHANGE THIS TO THE IP ADDRESS FOR YOUR FREE HOST ACCOUNT
• TTL : 1 Hour

Click 'OK'

You should now see a message similar to 'ARECORD: Added or updated record successfully! Please allow approximately 24-48 hours for the DNS to propagate on the Internet.'

Congratulations - You have updated the DNS A Record and your domain name should shortly begin to resolve to your free webspace
